You might not have your rewards for a couple of reasons. First, rewards are calculated weekly but are sent out about two weeks after the season ends. Also, most in game leaderboards only show rankings for your level group. Your rewards are based on your global ranking among all players. You usually need to be over level 80 to see the top player rankings. The Arena leaderboard is the only one that displays a global ranking for everyone.
You can use the Toolkit to add funds to your zkEVM wallet. There are four methods available which include LayerSwap chain bridge, Axelar Ethereum bridge, Transak fiat on-ramp, and LayerSwap CEX bridge. Currently, you can only move ETH and USDC to your Immutable zkEVM wallet. You need to move at least $10 USD for the transaction to be processed.
In the "Balances" section, you can connect your Passport. The settings menu allows you to copy your Passport Wallet address for the process. Some deposit methods offer a "REFUEL" option, which gives you a small amount of $IMX for gas fees. Make sure to enable this option if you see it.

To enhance a Guardian's Enlightenment, you need to get duplicate copies of that Guardian. You can get these duplicates from Summon Stones, Calling Crystals, or Guardian Shards. You then sacrifice the duplicates or use Faction Souls from the same faction to raise the Enlightenment level. The system is based on rarity, so Guardians with a higher rarity have a higher maximum Enlightenment level.
For now, the pets are in their initial phase (V1) and their only function is to provide passive skills that generate additional benefits such as obtaining more gold, faction souls, arena coins, etc. in Adventure or more resources from Guild Boss. For Pets V2, it is planned to incorporate the utility of pets in battles, as well as a empowerment system similar to that of the guardians.

It works the same for Summoning Stones and Calling Crystal banner, there is a wishlist that increases marginally the droprates of wishlisted Guardians. The pity is guaranteed every 60 summons and will always be the featured Guardian on the banner. Getting the featured Guardian resets the pity counter which is displayed on the botton right of the banner. Other Legendary Guardians either from Wishlist or otherwise do not reset the Pity counter. Release of a new guardian also reset Pity counter, but banner change for a pre-existing guardian doesnt
Web3 rewards in the game are distributed according to the position on the Global Leaderboard at the end of the week. Some game modes like Arena work directly with the Global LB. However, other game modes like Endless Dungeon or Boss Rush use a leaderboard divided by ranks based on the player's commander level, so the position you see in the game is not necessarily the same that you have on the Global LB, and there is no way to access the Global LB in the game, but you can check it here at the end of each week.
Cracked Hearts are used as substitutes for duplicate guardians when you want to Enlighten a Founder or Early Adopter guardian. You have to use a Cracked Heart that is the same rarity as the guardian you are enlightening. The Cracked Heart will replace one required copy of the guardian. Keep in mind that some Enlightenment levels do not require a copy and instead require Faction Souls.
The $GoG token has several uses in the game. It can be used for staking, participating in governance, purchasing Ascension Seals, crafting recipes and making sacrifices at The Altar.

Yes, here are a few tips. Use your Gems for energy refills instead of summoning. Use all your Crafting Energy and claim the crafting chest. If you can't clear a dungeon, sweep the highest one you can to farm resources. Equip new gear as soon as you can create it, and always use Crafting Advanced Mode to get Legendary Gear. If you get stuck, play other game modes for helpful rewards. You can buy various items like XP scrolls and summoning stones in the stores. Joining a Guild is also very important for the benefits you receive.
